Compass Management to Service Waters Edge of St. Michael
Lennar Single Family Development
Compass Management Group is pleased to announce a partnership with the Waters Edge of St. Michael Homeowners Association. Beginning October 1st, Compass has assumed full-management responsibilities for the Lennar development. Incorporated in 2016 and in the final stages of construction, this community of 83 single-family homes sits next to Crow Hassen Park and just off the Crow River in St. Michael. Surrounded by acres of wide open prairie land and trails winding throughout, a common area gazebo, picnic tables and a playing field, recreational river access and more - Waters Edge is a beautiful example of how a new-home development can quickly feel like a well- established neighborhood.

Hamilton Landing Partners with Compass Management

Compass Management Group is pleased to announce it has taken on full management services for Hamilton Landing Homeowners Association in Savage. This Ron Clark development is in the final stages of construction and consists of 33 homes in both rambler and multi-level floor plans.

The Gables at the Reserve Joins Compass Management
246 Unit Association in Plymouth
Compass Management Group is pleased to announce that The Gables at the Reserve Homeowners Association has joined organization for full management services effective September 1, 2020. Part of the large Reserve Association in Plymouth, just off of 494 and Rockford Road, The Gables is a 246 unit “Rowe home” style community originally built by Rottlund Homes in 2001.

Compass Management Adds to Leadership Group
Welcomes Josh Reams as Director of Community Management
As Compass Management Group continues a year of growth and expansion, they welcome Josh Reams to their leadership team as the director of community management. Reams brings 14-years of experience in the community association management industry, working in portfolio management, leadership and other various operation roles for both national and local HOA management firms. Holding industry designations such as the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the highest designation in the field, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), he is an accomplished veteran in the industry.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Josh to our team,” said Jared Lawrence, owner and managing director. “Josh brings experience in so many facets of HOA management. His background in general industry operations will help us broaden our service offerings and streamline our processes; his track record in new business development will enhance our new client growth; and his successful history building teams and mentoring managers will be imperative to accompany that growth.”
In addition to his role and duties at Compass Management, Reams maintain a significant presence in the industry through the Community Association Institute – MN Chapter, currently holding the position as President-Elect of their Board of Directors.
