Open Operating and Reserve accounts in Association’s name at Mutual of Omaha Bank

Prepare and mail (or email) monthly statements or annual coupons to all Homeowners

Collect monthly assessments. We offer the following payment methods:

All major credit cards ($15 fee applies, paid to bank to cover credit card processing fees)

Assist Board in developing a Delinquency Policy

Coordinate collection action with Association’s legal counsel

Receive and pay all invoices on behalf of Association

Copies of invoices are available on the Web Portal (if elected) and can require Board approval of invoice prior to payment being made

Prepare monthly financial statements on a cash basis

Provide necessary documents for Association’s accountant to file tax returns and prepare annual audit or review

Meet onsite with Association’s contractors to review maintenance items and/or projects

Issue Work Orders to qualified contractors for items requiring repair
